I assume the 30 embargo applies to supplements as well, but is that 30 Day from when the Digital copy drops or from when the Print copy ships?

I believe we are shifting to the print version. We drifted on the digital copy for a while but are returning to the print version. I think the two main issues are wide adoption and inconsistent page numbers. The print version is always the same.
Remember, that 30 days gives us time to, I don't know, oh, ACTUALLY DO THE CODING AND TESTING.

Kool, just wasn't sure from when to start my countdown.
I don't have a problem wit the 30 day buffer. I understand this doesn't happen overnight. Was just new to your process.

Damn that sucks I was hoping supplements could be pumped out faster since they tend to just be minor changes to already existing armies.
Waiting on the print version will make this process take even longer and i've been loggin on my AB daily just to see if the Farsight Enclave and Black Legion supplements have been included in an update.
Guess on the plus side its given you more time to hash out bugs and get that space marine data file update done so we can all start building up some new marine lists on AB. Battlescribe just isn't cutting it for me, decent subsitute but i've been with AB since day 1 of starting 40k, hope to continue that way.

Does this mean that we are not going to get the Black legion supplement unless GW decides at a later date to release a printed version of it? Currently there is no date for

That is correct. As long as GW is
requiring the use of a $200-$600 (US) tablet to play the game, we will not be adding the rules.

That's the spirit! I will wait as much as I have to
Hopefully they will release the paper version at some point next spring
(judging on the delay of the Farsight Enclaves).
Many thanks and keep up the good work!

You do know that you can look at any of the digital codex using the epub version. Its even cheaper than the digital supplement and print versions.

http://www.blacklibrary.com/games-works ... egion.htmlThere is link to mobi / epub edition. As far as I can tell you should be able to get an epub reader for your pc, looks like Google Chrome has a free app called MagicScroll eBook Reader which should let anyone with a pc use these without a tablet.

Yeah ePub and Mobi formats can be read on almost any device including Windows PC. As an aside, Black Library lists Black Legion for November in dead tree format.

I ask this just out of curiosity and not trying to aggravate, what are your thoughts on handling digital-only codexes and supplements (ie new Sisters codex)??

So I guess that Sisters, excuse me, Adepta Sororitas will not be updated since they are unlikely to get a print update.
